CHALLENGE TO EXCELLENCE CAMP (Grades 9-11)
June 22, 2008 through June 27, 2008
Challenge to Excellence celebrates its 25th anniversary as one of the most respected and long-standing summer residential programs for academically talented students in the Midwest. The program's major goal is to provide students with opportunities to “stretch themselves” in classes that promote higher level thinking skills and creativity in a variety of academic subjects. Challenge also provides the opportunity to experience “life’ on a major university campus. Students are taught by instructors who have years of experience and are supervised by counselors who are experienced teachers or SIUC graduate students.
